お茶の水女子大学舞踊教育学コース卒。在学時、中高の保健体育の教員免許取得。大学では、バレエとコンテンポラリー両方の実技とともに、理論について学びを深める。また、早稲田大学TAP-loversにてタップダンスに触れる。
19歳で右膝前十字靭帯損傷、手術を行ったあとは、ピラティスやジャイロキネシスなどのボディメンテナンスを経験。
現在は、都内バレエ団所属、国内のバレエのパフォーマンス出演をしながら、塾講師のお仕事をしています。
プライベートでは一児の母として家事育児を行なっています。

2017年、アメリカのロアノークバレエシアターバレエ団にて1カ月研修後、ゲストとして『Dracula』に出演。
