Pre-Training Task (PTT) Private Trainee will be encouraged to bring Private Business Negotiation Problem Case Study that will be incorporated in the Analysis and Training Protocol interactively. The goal of the Training will be to apply concepts in negotiation developed and refined by Trainer to actual real life situation or case study introduced by Private Trainee
This 6 Module, 7 hours Program delivers the High Points and Essential Summary of our 48 Module Platinum Licensure Negotiation Program. This 48 Module Program leads to licensure and has succeeded in placing participants in strategic positions in global corporations abroad. For many, a 6 Module 7 Hour Program is necessary to judge whether more intensive training is needed. Accordingly, this program shall address the basic principles that follow:

I. Due Diligence in Setting The Stage For Negotiation
2. Defining Proper Goals in a Negotiation: Thinking Big
3. Microanalysis of key Contractual Concepts
4. Optimizing selection of Location and Metrics
5. Protecting the Downside so the Upside takes care of itself
6. Defining BATNA, WATNA, and OANA
7. Optimizing Communication with differing Communicative Styles
8. Optimizing dealing with differing Corporate Characters
9. Hard, Principled/ Soft Negotiation
10. Objectively Verifiable Standards
11. Transitioning from Hard to to Principled Negotiation
12. Dispute Resolution Options

TRAINEE SHOULD BRING NOTEBOOK COMPUTER FOR IHTT (IN HOUSE TRAINING TASK) AS WELL AS VIDEO CAPTURE AND TRANSFER OPTION (SEE BELOW)
