OBJECTIVES AND PHILOSOPHY: This training will enable Japanese Managers and employees with authority in both Japanese Corporations in Japan, and in U.S. Corporations in Japan and in the United States; to design and deliver Powerful Persuasive Presentations based upon the P-A-P-A-T-O-N_E_S System of Powerful Presentation. The fact is that in today’s Japan-the greatest return on any investment in infrastructure is in Business Skills. This return is on the average 20%. Why? The lack of ability to design and to deliver powerful, persuasive, concise, precise, logical and well - structured presentation in the following areas is the biggest weakness: (1) Business Expansion, (2) Strategic Planning, and (3) Business Innovation. Return on Investment and profitability are optimal when these areas are effectively managed – not only in theory=but in application-in any business plan. Due to the Galapagos Effect and other factors, Japanese simply cannot perform at high levels , especially in the area of global commerce, within these areas. J. Nicholas Papatones has graduated from Suffolk and Harvard University in business and law. Since he has:
(1) led and contracted global teams in sales and marketing for a patented soil stabilizing compound with sales from Dubai to the Mid Western United States
(2) engaged in deregulation and business stimulation of U.S. Small Business engaged in global activity as a member of the White House Conference for Small Business (under the administration of President Ronald Reagan)
(3) consulted with Japanese business engaged in commercial activity with European entities
(4) helped train Japanese business persons to deal cross-cultural issues leading to loss of profit and legal risk.

Mr. Papatones, as a member of the White House Council for Small Business, presented before business associations across America to innovate and streamline U.S. Business. In 20 years here in Tokyo, he has given over 300 presentations to key audiences on topics from IT to TPP!!
