The lack of ability to design and to deliver powerful, persuasive, concise, precise, logical and well - structured presentation in the following areas is the biggest weakness: (1) Business Expansion, (2) Strategic Planning, and (3) Business Innovation. Return on Investment and profitability are optimal when these areas are effectively managed – not only in theory=but in application-in any business plan. Due to the Galapagos Effect and other factors, Japanese simply cannot perform at high levels , especially in the area of global commerce, within these areas. (2) engaged in deregulation and business stimulation of U.S. Small Business engaged in global activity as a member of the White House Conference for Small Business (under the administration of President Ronald Reagan)
